Package terms at a glance

• Packages have no expiry date, are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Refunds are subject to the package refund policy below.
• Package discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Active-package members do not normally need a booking deposit. Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; otherwise a deposit is required for your next appointment.
• Christmas and Chinese New Year appointments carry a surcharge and require a deposit upon confirmation.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled and the full fee may still apply.
• Tell us about allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before your appointment. Service may be refused if considered unsafe or inappropriate.
• Package refunds may be approved for valid reasons, including medical circumstances, with each request assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, all lash sessions already used will be recalculated at their original à-la-carte prices rather than the discounted package rates. Any complimentary services or items already received as part of the package will also be included in the refund calculation at their original à-la-carte prices or regular selling prices, as applicable. The total cost of used sessions and these complimentary benefits will be deducted from the amount paid for the package, and any remaining positive balance will be refunded.
